The Installation of David Weir as Grand Superintendent and the Commissioned Office Bearers was carried out by M.E. Companion Joseph J. Morrow CBE, QC, DL, LLD First Grand Principal of the Supreme Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Scotland on Saturday 23rd February 2019 within the Masonic Hall in Bonnyrigg.
